Delivery time frame

• We will strive to deliver the goods within the time frame provided in the respective product details webpages.
• The delivery time frame consists of only working days.
• Sundays, government holidays, strike days, hartal days, etc. will not be included to calculate the delivery time frame

We will deliver the goods to your address based on the following conditions:

1. Your order is accepted by us.
2. You or your representative are present at the delivery location at the time of delivery of products.
3. The road / path to the delivery location is easily accessible for 4 wheelers.
4. The delivery location is on the ground floor.
5. In case the delivery location is not on the ground floor, a lift which can carry the products ordered by you should be available.
6. There are no obstructions by caused by any person(s) / organisation for delivering your products.
